Always Dreaming, Here’s Where It All Started…
Buddha says, “The problem is, you think you have time”. I’m here to tell you that you don’t! From the moment we are born, we are dying. It’s your choice as to how you live your limited time on earth. Everyone can have more fun, be healthier and be happier.
I’m a very active woman over the age of 50. If you met me in person, you would probably not guess my chronological age. I am passionate about life, living and enjoying the journey. I have had many wonderful experiences in my lifetime, many of them after the age of 50. My friends constantly tell me that I should write a book. Who knows, someday I may. Well, someday is now! This website was actually started a few years ago but, I got too busy with work and other things and let it fall by the wayside. But it’s something I’m definitely passionate about.
Recently, I went on a camping trip to Inks Lake State Park in Burnet, TX. I met the amazing Brooke Hampton, of Barefoot Five. I started talking about passion and energy and felt like we had known each other for a while. My goal is to spread that energy to you. You don’t have to do exactly what I do, just pick the things that work for you and I’ll help you.
Do you have a few extra pounds that you want to lose? There will be something here for you. Do you want to be in a passionate relationship? Then stick around. How many of you want to travel, maybe on a tight budget? No problem at all. Perhaps you would like to reduce the amount of medications that you are taking. I have stories about that, too. Together we can enrich each other.
Fun After Fifty began after hearing so many baby boomers that seemed to think their life was over at the age of fifty. They may have gone through divorce, or death. They may have moved away from friends and family. They may have suffered financial setbacks. They had lost their passion for living.
Let me take you by the hand and show you that it is not too late. Let me help guide you and show you that there really is Fun After Fifty. Always Dreaming won the 2017 Kentucky Derby! Well, come on board, because, we’re always dreaming here.
